Just in case I updated some out-of-date drivers and tried finding it in the "add legacy hardware" option with no luck. So I went into Device Manager and there was no "Bluetooth" section to be found. I may be wrong but I do clearly remember having bluetooth prior to one night when my Windows 10 decided to update itself. So I follow that window to to a microsoft page that said I should troubleshoot in the settings, so I opened up bluetooth troubleshooting and it came up with "Device does not have bluetooth".

I opened bluetooth in the settings and clicked "Add bluetooth or other device" and a window came up telling me I had to turn on bluetooth (I noticed there was no ON-OFF button in the settings or anywhere). But when I clicked "Connect" in the Windows10 notification area it just kept searching and nothing ever got found. So recently I got myself a pair of wireless headphones and I've been using them on my phone until today when I wanted to connect them to my laptop.
